CARNIVAL REPORTING TIMES

Please note: Non-attendance at briefings will not be taken as an excuse for missing any information. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

•   This carnival will be conducted in accordance with the current Edition of the Surf Sports Manual including Bulletins.
  
•   All competitors must be financial and proficient members of their Surf Life Saving Club.
  
•   Competing Clubs shall provide officials as listed below.
  
•   All Team Changes are to be made with the Marshall. However once an event has begun the Marshall’s
  will not accept team changes.
  OFFICIALS
  
•   Officials will be appointed from the collection of information submitted by clubs by the closing date for nominations. Delays in submitting these nominations will result in referee not having the up to date information to set appointments. Clubs that do not supply enough officials will be excluded from competing.
  
•   The ratio for numbers of officials per competitor per club will be 1:8.
  If nominated official personnel do not attend, your club must replace them with another qualified
  member.
  FIRST AID PERSONNEL
  

 Two (2) personnel will man each First Aid site (tent). First Aiders will hold a current Advanced Resuscitation Techniques Certificate and Apply Senior First Aid Certificate as a minimum.
TEAM MANAGERS DECLARATIONS
 A Team Managers Declaration MUST be completed by all Clubs and sent to the Branch by the date indicated below. No clubs will be eligible to start the carnival without a completed Team Managers Declaration. The Team Managers declaration is located on the members portal.
 Clubs are allowed one (1) Club Team Manager, and one (1) Female Age Manager and one (1) Male Age Manager per age group. Team Manager and Age Managers must be Identifiable at all times. Any changes of Team/Age Manager personnel must be reported to Carnival Referee and a current blue card must be produced. NO BLUE CARD, NO CHANGE.
GENERAL
 All clubs are to respect the signs located on the beach in regards to tents on the dunes. Any club that fails to follow the signs will be asked to move their tent.
